As a chief of MICE & Groups department, she is responsible for managing the department and coordinating partners around the world. She has key skills at organizing exhibitions, corporate events and meetings. She coordinates special interest in business travel groups with particular needs, a variety of cultural and city tours for the specific requirements of business guest segments. She always has all the information about business events in Russia and the latest trends in the MICE industry.

She is motivated professional, with different and articulated experiences in the tourism sector, such as tour operation and incoming, hotel industry and event organization. She works in the Incoming department and her area of expertise is international travelers. She can ensure you the necessary dynamism and flexibility, with the joy of living that is crucial to relate with people in general, and customers, even the most demanding, in particular. She often receives trainings in international tourism sector, and in love with their job and country.

A big professional with a huge experience in Inbound sector. She has a rich experience of handling FIT, large incentive groups, corporate conferences as well as small family groups. She has traveled a lot and covered most of tourist places in Russia. Her passion in traveling helps to design interesting packages for our clients. She graduated from tourism courses, having computer background, knows online reservations systems, airlines reservation systems, in-depth knowledge of all spheres of travel trade that makes her a non-replaceable member of the Visit RUS team.

She is a highly motivated, focused, seasoned, finance and accounts professional with big experience. Heading Visit RUS’s finance & accounts function and is responsible for setting overall strategic, financial planning and growth strategy, cash management, and fiscal management policies of the company.

The trip to Russia begins with a visa, so she works with clients from the very beginning. She loves meeting people from all over the world and also help them to fulfill their traveling dream. She is very responsible and always does all possible organizing all services to make each trip successful and memorable to clients. She likes to be a part of Visit RUS team helping our guests explore Russia in the best way suitable by addressing their personal needs.

She an imaginative and passionate traveler from an early age. Her extensive trips to popular destinations of Russia helped her to gain extensive knowledge of  travel destinations as well as the logistics.  After graduation of the University, she got training in travel & tourism industry. Presently, working as Tourism Manager, sales in the Inbound Tours Department, she is responsible for converting the client’s tour queries in to bookings. Always looking for new tourism products, she helps to design tour programs which can be offered to Visit RUS clients new destinations and most interesting sights.

She is a head of International Admission office of Visit RUS. Has a great product knowledge and always looking forward to do something new. She escorted many high level inbound groups from different countries very successful. She constantly visits all important tourist cities in Russia. Takes part constantly in various exhibitions abroad like ITB Asia and ITB Berlin, ATM in UAE. Her experience in travel trade, escorting groups and traveling gives her an opportunity to provide an exceptional experience to travelers who visit Russia from all over the world.

She is a travel enthusiast and moving force of the company. Has a strong business acumen, she is continuing to keep miles ahead of the competition by emphasizing on well planned, focused business strategy and by offering value extra services to the customers. Her main aim at Visit RUS is to develop new business and create new partnerships to continue the company's growth. She always says the secret of Visit RUS’s success is in sincere and committed approach to tourist’s needs and working towards providing fuller satisfaction to this effect.

As an Executive Director of Visit RUS she is responsible for growing their incoming and outgoing travel business. Managing the current operating activities of the company she always says ensure that we not only provide our guests with excellent service, but also continue to come up with exciting new products and services. She posses a diverse and successful background in operations, project management and events coordination. She is passionate about customer services and always aims to exceed customers expectations.
